- Ders alma dilekçesi ile ders kaydı (yönetmelikteki mazeret durumları haricinde) söz konusu olmayacaktır.
- Öğrenci işleri daire başkanlığından alınan bilgiye göre, ders seçimi her sınıf için ilgili günde 09.00 – 23.59 saatleri arasında yapılacaktır.
- Kontenjan artırım takvimi aşağıdaki gibidir:
o 4. sınıf dersleri, MAK4XXX kodlu zorunlu ve seçmeli dersler, maksimuma yakın kapasite ile açılacak, bağımsız ders kaydı gününe kadar kontenjan artırımı yapılmayacaktır.
o 3. Sınıf dersleri, MAK3XXX kodlu zorunlu (Proje 1 hariç) ve MAK3XXX-MAK4XXX kodlu seçmeli dersler, 21 Eylül günü saat 09.00 dan önce (bir önceki gece sistem kapalı iken) artırılacaktır.
o 2. Sınıf dersleri, MAK2XXX kodlu zorunlu dersler 22 Eylül günü saat 09.00 dan önce (bir önceki gece sistem kapalı iken) artırılacak.
o 1. Sınıf dersleri, MAK1XXX kodlu dersler, 23 Eylül günü saat 09.00 dan önce (bir önceki gece sistem kapalı iken) artırılacak. MATXXXX, FIZXXXX, MDBXXXX, TDBXXXX, KIMXXXX kodlu derslerin kapasite artırımı yetkisi bölüm başkanlığımızda değildir. Bu derslerin kapasitelerini ilgili bölüm başkanlıkları ile görüşünüz. (Örn: MATXXXX için Matematik Bölüm Başkanlığına vb.)
o 26 Eylül Bağımsız ders kaydı günü için, tüm derslerin kontenjanları (bir önceki gece sistem kapalı iken) artırılacaktır. Bu artış sınıf kapasiteleri ile sınırlı olduğundan, belli ölçüde artırım yapılması mümkün olacaktır.
o Proje 1 – Proje 2, Bitirme Çalışması ve Özel Laboratuvar dersleri maksimum kapasiteye yakın şekilde ilk günden belirlenmiştir. Tüm grupların (tüm ısıl gruplar ya da tüm mekanik gruplar ayrı ayrı) dolduğunda bu dersler için yukarıdaki takvimden bağımsız olarak artırım yapılır.
PROJE 1 / PROJE 2 DERSLERİ:
Proje 1, Proje 2 dersleri en az 3 kontenjan ile açılabilmektedir. 3’ten az öğrencinin seçtiği gruplar kapatılacak, bu gruplardaki öğrenciler bölüm tarafından diğer gruplara aktarılacaktır. Proje grupları dolmadan kontenjan artırımı yapılmayacaktır.

Proje1, Proje 2 ve Bitirme Çalışması Dersleri Kuralları:
Her öğrencinin bir Mekanik grubu, bir de Isıl grubu tasarım yapması gerekmektedir. (2012-2013 Güz yarıyılından önce Proje 1 ve Proje 2 derslerinin ikisini de geçmiş olanlar için bu şart aranmaz.).
Öğrenci numarasının son rakamı tek olan öğrenciler, Proje 1 dersini Mekanik grubundan, çift olan öğrenciler Proje 1 dersini Isıl grubundan seçeceklerdir. Öğrenci numarasının son rakamı tek olan öğrenciler, Proje 2 dersini Isıl grubundan, çift olan öğrenciler Proje 2 dersini Mekanik grubundan seçeceklerdir. Proje 1 ve Proje 2 seçimlerini yukarıdaki şekilde yapmayan öğrencilerin dersleri silinecektir.
MESLEKİ SEÇİMLİK DERSLER :
2018 Eğitim Planı’nda tüm Mesleki Seçimlik dersler, “Mesleki Seçimlik 1” olarak aynı havuzda olup, mezun olabilmek için toplam 8 adedinden başarılı olunması gerekmektedir. Derslerin listesine ders planından erişmek için tıklayınız.
Bundan başka bu dönem ilk kez, Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümünden de seçimlik ders alınabilecektir. Bu dersler de yukarıda açıklanan “Mesleki Seçimlik 1” havuzunda değerlendirilecektir. Başka bir ifadeyle almanız gereken 8 dersten belirlediğini sayıdaki dersi Endüstri Mühendisliği bölümü seçimlik derslerinden alabilirsiniz. Bu dönem Endüstri Mühendisliği bölümünde açılan ders bilgileri aşağıda verilmiştir:

Bu derslerin kontenjanları Endüstri Müh. Bölümü tarafından ayarlanacaktır. Bu derslerin gün ve saatleri için Endüstri Müh. Bölümü’nün ders programına bakılmalıdır.

Kontenjanı 15 öğrenci altında olması nedeniyle kapanacak dersler, 27 Eylül Salı günü ilan edilip kapatılacak, bu derslere kayıt yaptıranlar, 27 Eylül Salı günü Ders ekle gününde boş kontenjanlar dahilinde ders seçimi yapabilirler. Dilekçe ile bu derslerden de alınamayacaktır.
SOSYAL SEÇMELİ DERSLER
“Sosyal Seçmeli 1” olarak tek bir havuzda tanımlanmıştır. Alınan her sosyal seçmeli ders, sırasıyla, Sosyal Seçmeli 1-1, Sosyal Seçmeli 1-2 şeklinde öğrenci bilgi sistemine otomatik olarak işlenmektedir.
Önceden alıp, başarısız olduğunuz veya düşük notla geçip not yükseltmek istediğiniz seçmeli derslerde, ders kaydı sırasında mutlaka ders saydırma işlemi yapınız. Mezuniyet için sorumlu olduğunuz seçmeli ders sayısından fazla ders almayınız!

KAPANAN DERSLER
Ders seçimi takviminde belirtilen 27 Eylül Salı günü ilan edilecek, dersi kapanan öğrenciler yine akademik takvimde belirtilen, 27 Eylül Salı günü otomasyon sistemi üzerinden kontenjanı uygun başka bir derse kayıt yaptırabileceklerdir. Bu günde ders silme yapılmayacaktır.
DİKKAT! Bu dersler de dilekçe ile alınamayacaktır.

"2019/2020 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Bahar döneminden itibaren “Öğrencinin devamını sağladığı dersi tekrar alması durumunda devam şartının aranmamasına” karar verilmiştir."

INFORMATION ABOUT IMPORTANT ISSUES REGARDING COURSE REGISTRATIONS IS GIVEN BELOW.
PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER WITHOUT READING.
· Course registration will be done through the OBS https://obs.yildiz.edu.tr/ automation system.

· With the petition to take a course, course registration (except for the excuses in the regulation) will not be in question.
· According to the information received from the Registrar's Office, course selection will be made for each class between 09:00 and 23:59 on the relevant day.
· The quota increase schedule is as follows:
· 4th grade courses, MAK4XXX coded compulsory and elective courses will be opened with a capacity close to the maximum, and the quota will not be increased until the day of independent course registration.
· 3rd year courses, MAK3XXX coded compulsory (except Project 1) and MAK3XXX-MAK4XXX coded elective courses will be increased before 09:00 on September 21 (when the system is closed the previous night).
· 2nd year courses, compulsory courses with the code MAK2XXX, will be increased before 09.00 on September 22 (when the system was closed the previous night).
· 1. Year courses, MAK1XXX coded courses, will be increased before 09:00 on September 23 (when the system was closed the previous night). Our department does not have the authority to increase the capacity of MATXXXX, FIZXXXX, MDBXXXX, TDBXXXX, KIMXXXX courses. Discuss the capacities of these courses with the relevant department heads. (For example: Head of Mathematics Department for MATXXXX etc.)
· For the independent course registration day on September 23, the quota of all courses will be increased (while the system was closed the previous night). Since this increase is limited to class capacities, it will be possible to increase it to a certain extent.
· Project 1 – Project 2, Graduation Study and Special Laboratory courses have been determined from the first day, close to the maximum capacity. When all groups (all thermal groups or all mechanical groups separately) are full, these courses are increased regardless of the above schedule.
PROJECT 1 / PROJECT 2 LESSONS:
Project 1 and Project 2 courses can be opened with at least 3 quotas. Groups chosen by less than 3 students will be closed, and students in these groups will be transferred to other groups by the department. The quota will not be increased until the project groups are full.

Rules for Project1, Project 2 and Graduation Study Lessons:
· Each student is required to design a Mechanical group and a Thermal group. (This condition is not required for those who have passed both Project 1 and Project 2 courses before the 2012-2013 Fall semester.).
· Students with an odd last digit of their student number will choose Project 1 from the Mechanics group, and even students from the Project 1 class from the Thermal group. Students with an odd last digit of their student number will choose Project 2 from the Thermal group, and even students from the Mechanics group. The courses of the students who do not choose Project 1 and Project 2 as above will be deleted.
VOCATIONAL ELECTIVE COURSES:
In the 2018 Education Plan, all Vocational Elective courses are in the same pool as "Vocational Elective 1", and a total of 8 must be successful in order to graduate. Click to access the list of courses from the lesson plan.
Moreover, this semester, for the first time, elective courses can be taken from the Department of Industrial Engineering. These courses will also be evaluated in the "Vocational Election 1" pool explained above. In other words, you can take the number of courses that you have determined out of the 8 courses you need to take from the elective courses of the Industrial Engineering department.

You can find out which of the elective courses on the list for both departments are offered this semester from the curriculum.
The courses that will be closed due to the quota of less than 15 students will be announced and closed on Tuesday, September 27. Those who have registered for these courses can choose courses within the vacant quotas on the Add Course Day on Tuesday, September 27th. It will not be possible to take these courses with a petition.
SOCIAL ELECTIVES
It was defined as “Social Elective 1” in a single pool. Each social elective course taken is automatically entered into the student information system as Social Elective 1-1, Social Elective 1-2, respectively.
For elective courses that you have taken before but failed or that you want to increase your grade by passing with a low grade, make sure to have the course counted during course registration. Do not take more courses than the number of elective courses you are responsible for for graduation!
For Service Courses and Social Elective Courses, please review the web pages of the relevant departments.
CLOSED COURSES
The course selection will be announced on Tuesday, September 27, specified in the calendar. Students whose courses are closed will be able to register for another course with appropriate quota on the automation system on Tuesday, September 27, which is also specified in the academic calendar. Classes will not be deleted on this day.
CAUTION! These courses cannot be taken with a petition.

"As of the spring semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year, it has been decided that "if the student retakes the course that he/she has attended, the attendance requirement will not be sought."
